I just had to take a photo today with my macro lens. 6 Weeks after my hip replacement. A little bit difficult to take photos. I decided no excuse....First i saw was the container with sea salt in the kitchen.
This is a perfect shot of those “diamonds”! I have been thinking about you and praying for you. It’s so good to know what’s going on because I was wondering how you were doing. You have a good positive outlook. My sister had a hip replacement years ago and did all the therapy that she was asked to do and you can’t tell today she ever had it done. Keep up the good work
This is wonderful! So glad you decided to pick up your camera for this shot.
I think you will find the camera to be very therapeutic and will help you make a speedy recovery.
Get well soon!
Neat shot. It’s interesting to see that very shallow depth of field in the macro shot and which parts are in focus. So glad to know you are doing alright and hope you continue to recover. Hang in there.
I hope you are having therapy - so important after a hip replacement. One exercise that a friend did was treading water in a swimming pool. Who knew diamonds were within reach!
Best of wishes for a fast and complete recovery, Being mobility challenged is nothing to take lightly. I hope that your art helps you get through this.
I do love this, the abstract does indeed make the salt look like diamonds and truly 'snaps' on black.
