Once a morning glory.. (Best on black)

Being outside seeking the sun I noticed this. Very small but it caught my eye. Winter time here and this is the remains of a morning glory. The seed used to be attached to the plant here. What use to be the flower is now see through.

@ninaganci This is a creeping flower for fences etc. fast grower with beautiful blue or purple flowers. They spread their seeds all over. Once you planted them you will have them next summer again. I will check and place a photo of the flower.
