Went out for dinner at Laaiplek Hotel and simply had to go out onto their jetty to get a few shots before the last light disappeared. Unfortunately I hadn't taken my tripod with me as one doesn't normally take a tripod to dinner .... so had to do the best I could hand-held balancing my camera on one of the posts of the jetty
@narayani Thank you! Yes indeed, posts do work, don't they! Hubby asked why I didn't have my tripod. "You should always take everything with you" he says to me at the dinner table. Yeah right. Like I need to go tottering around in my nice shoes and clothes, laden down with tripods and extra lenses!
