The cormorants are back

Thousands upon thousands, wave upon wave, of cormorants flying upstream at sunset, just like it always used to be.
I've been in Gail's Estate Agency office all day today, and really needed to get out to the river for sunset. I was so pleased to see the cormorants are back.

I can understand your pleasure with the return of the cormorants; with us it’s the swallows. We have to ensure we keep the garage door closed so that they don’t nest inside...and can't get out.

@narayani Thanks Narayani. Yes I am always fascinated by the reflections of the clouds, so apart from the river being a good place from which to see the sunset most times of the year without house roofs in the way, I just love the reflections afforded by the river
