Low Tide by seacreature

Low Tide

Made a conscious decision I needed to get my camera out again! I need to try and change / fix all kinds of things about my life since Don died. I have felt so overwhelmed - but I am recognising I can't cope and have employed some help to try and get on top of garden chores so Howard was here today making a difference. And tomorrow Reinetta will come and help with the housework for a morning, and I will get my diet back on track by shopping, planning and preparing meals instead of snacking on whatever I can find in the cupboard. (That's the idea anyway!). So that's why I was out this evening. Went to the supermarket to buy some low carb veg to cook for supper tonight.
Beautiful!!

This is such a beautiful image Desi. It must be so challenging to be alone after so long as a couple. Asking for help is brilliant and good luck with the cooking (cooking for one is something I still really struggle with!)

This is such a stunning shot, everything about it is just amazing. Asking for help can be hard to do. Take baby steps and keep that camera handy!
