Decided it was time to attempt photos of the dogs again. They hate looking at my camera and I have never yet succeeded in getting really nice photos of them ... although this time there seemed a little more acceptance. Perhaps in time I can start experimenting with some lighting and backdrops to start getting some more professional, less snapshot looking photos.
@ludwigsdiana Thank you. The hair around his face is straight and silky, but the rest of his body is covered in thick hair which becomes quite curly and difficult to brush, and also takes quite a long time to dry, so I have his hair cut quite short in summer time when they are in and out the pool and he doesn't need his coat to keep him warm.

I've found my dogs are more amenable if I'm not looking through the camera but using the screen instead. Having a cookie sticking out of your mouth also helps. :D
