At 4 months old, Maddy is now being introduced to pureed vegetables - not at all a meal replacement or supplement yet, but just so she gets used to the textures and flavours. She is loving every bit and has to help "guide the spoon to her mouth" holding firmly onto that spoon while the tongue explores it completely - hence the mess everywhere! This is Swiss Chard which we loosely call spinach in this country.
