Today was the ceremonial opening cruise to mark the opening of the sailing season for our yacht club. There was an icy cold blustery wind making it quite unpleasant to be outdoors next to the water, and from hot weather a day or two ago, I am back into a jersey and shivering. I only just packed my extra blankets away but I think I will be grabbing one out of the cupboard again tonight
@narayani Thank you so much. @pusspup It looks bright and sunny - I think it is only the fact the wind blows off the cold ocean on it's way up the coast from Antarctica that makes the air feel cold. In mid summer we will be glad of that cool wind blowing off the ocean.
