I was invited out to lunch at a hotel by some friends I have known for about 28 years. The hotel gave all the lunch guests these painted mussel shells as a gift. I thought it was very clever as they cost nothing but the time it took somebody to do this, and used a resource that would otherwise be thrown away - what else do you do with the mussel shells after the meal guests have eaten the mussels ...
@anniesue@narayani Yes I am sure it did take a very long time. I have no idea who painted all the shells or wrote in them. I actually have too much clutter in my house already so the shells have been put around the pot plant in my lounge.
