Today's shot is an homage to one of the greatest series of films ever made, and one of my favourite ever film characters.
The shot is dedicated to all the boys in my life. Sam and Ben and my wonderful nephews, Matthew, Jonno, Dan, Rob and Tommy, They all love Star Wars and the force is strong in all of them.
I think the world can learn a lot from Yoda.

The Jedi Knight has become a phenomenon in English Speaking countries since 2000. In censuses since then the following have declared their religion as Jedi Knight. Not me by the way!!!

Yoda is cool! Even though, I remember how, when I heard Yoda speak for the first time in the cinema, I was all like "OMG THAT'S GROVER!" It took a while for me to stop seeing Yoda in a furry blue light. 8D
@myautofocuslife somehow I knew you'd like Yoda!! LOL, yes and it is no coincidence that Chewbacca and Fozzie Bear appear to be related either. A sort of one 1 gene different in a parallel universe phenomenon. "Nurse, nurse, is it time for my medication"....

I am SO impressed that you remembered Star Wars Day - I did, too, but not with my camera in hand, which I now regret, of course. We recently watched one episode every day and I discovered as much as I disliked the new 'older' episodes, they're starting to make more sense. I must be getting soft in the head. =)
No wait, that is STILL confusing. (THANKS, George Lucas!) I mean I used to dislike Episodes 1-3, being a hardcore, simple-minded Star Wars fan of the 'Han shot first' caliber! Now they're getting better, in spite of Jar Jar.
@pippajeanne Thanks Pippa, several people did. My little nephew Dan would never have forgiven me if I had forgotten!! He has told me that my Yoda is an early Yoda, and worth quite a bit of money, but we could never sell him, he is part of the family;) I agree, the earlier films are the best. Part of our childhoods I think!
This is just so adorable - I love the original Star Wars Trilogy and I am just indoctrinating my children into it now - so I can buy the lego!!! However, my son thinks it is the "clown wars" not the "clone wars" - you got to laugh!!
@seanoneill I have to confess I was only dimly aware of Yoda and as I didn't know what he looked like was too ashamed to comment on yesterday's shot!! I HAVE seen a Star wars film however, took the kids and obviously didn't pay too much attention...
