How quick a little rain can clear the streets. by seanoneill

How quick a little rain can clear the streets.

Taken in a Loughborough backstreet.

Handheld long exposure to create the anonymity in the character.
this is eerie...

Very cool cinematic scene. The blur is as already said very effective. I see your X-Pro put you in the street to shot. I like it. Looking forward to see more of street-Sean. Fav!!! Btw. I won an M8 on ebay yesterday... I wasn't supposed to buy any cameras this year, well now the Nikon have to go.

God I love the gritty feel to this and it's so intriguing you just want to know who the figure is and what their intentions are. I would have never thought to shoot this scene this way. I love it, thank you for reminding to step out of my comfort zone.
Gushing over.
Fav by the way

@hasselhotch thank you David, I'm delighted to read your response. I was worried that folk wouldn't get this, so I'm made up that you have. One or two others may make my other albums over the next few days.

Great capture Sean. Reminds me a bit of the front cover of David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders from Mars.

Great mono backstreet image.

This has that unsettling feel to it that walking along a quiet street late at night brings when you see someone, especially if they're just standing there like this someone is.
