As part of our campaign to gett fit and shed some timber ( I need to, Rebecca doesn't!) , we did a 15 mile bile ride up the Monsal Trail and back today. Great to have a day off together in the week!

I love these trails which follow old rail lines, they are usually easily graded. This one looks amazing with all the tunnels and viaducts, i will have to google it!
