An old stalwart

Waiting for the London train at Loughborough earlier, in rolls a High Speed Train.

Over 40 years old these are being phased out gradually across the railway. Not all progress is progress.

Actually taken today. Headed for 3 days at Lord's. Weather forecast not great.

This station looks similar to Wellingborough where I live. Lots of wrought iron and glass roofs. They don’t build them like that any more! Enjoy Lords - hope the weather is better than what has been forecast!
