This shot was taken from a glorious view point at a high elevation. Following is a description of the area: "Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, one of the most visited forests in the country, located east of Seattle, Washington on the west side of the Cascades between the Canadian border and Mt. Rainier National Park. Here you will find glacier-covered peaks, spectacular mountain meadows and old-growth forests, rich in history and outdoor opportunities."
Just gorgeous. A definite fave. It reminds me of the trip I made to Washington. I stayed with friends who lived there in the mountains. We took a trip through one of the mountain passes down through down to Seattle and I oooh and ahhhh the way down.
