I drove to the waterfront, got out of the car and walked about 4 blocks in my brace boot (dr's orders :)). This shot was taken from Harbor Ave, looking east across Elliott Bay to downtown Seattle. Thank you for your visits.
Thanks for your doctor and the brace boot for providing us with this super cormorant capture. Seems he had been there waiting for you so he could show off. The wings are magnificent. Fav.
Here's one of those WOW - one in a million type shots I love. Brilliant focus on the cormorant, amazing perspective and it looks like he's lording over the city. Fav & pin on this masterpiece that should make TT for sure!
Great shot! Just love to see cormorants hanging their wings out to dry but never expected to see one in such a situation as this. From this angle it really does seem to be part of the cityscape. FAV!
Oh fav for me. I'm so glad now that I didn't post the cormorant I took today - it was just a little silhouette and a very sad effort compared to all the detail you have here. Great background as well.
Excellent, what a fantastic contrast. He is showing you his beautiful wings. What a great find and kudos and a fav for braving a walk out in your boot!
@paula365@taffy@soboy5 Thank you. As a novice photographer, being chosen for the TT means I'm doing something right :). You guys are great photographers and I really enjoy your photos and learn from your photos.

I love the contrast between nature and the city in this shot.
