Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is a tiny sparrow. I had to follow the bird's singing to find it at the very top of a tree. It's not the best shot but I was able to capture this little bird while it was singing.
It looks like a Wren Gloria, or as we say Jenny Wren, we used to have them nest in the Garden every year but for the last four or five years None. Beautiful shot and a Fav.
