Rusty Patina

A few days ago I spotted this rusty looking bell (at least I think it's a bell) hanging from a tree and took a quick shot. Thanks for your views and comments.

I have that identical bell!!! It has a wooden dowel in the center, but the wond seldom whips it up enough to get tones out of it! Many years ago I visited Seattle often, so it's quite possible I got mine up there!
