This cormorant was drying his wings in the wind and sunshine on Elliott Bay. However, it is cold in Seattle. This shot was taken from Harbor Avenue a few days ago. Thanks for your views and comments.

@ludwigsdiana The eyes are blue-green in color depending on the light. I've never seen a cormorant in Seattle with red eyes :). I have so other shots I'm going to post so you can see the eyes in different light.
