Mystery Man Dressed In Black

I passed this man dressed in black as I was going down the trail. I didn't look closely at him as we passed since I needed to watch my footing on the steep trail. His all black outfit might have significance but it will remain a mystery. As you can see, I walked down a bit farther on the trail, turned and took this shot. This shot was taken a few days ago.
