I had wanted to come up with a better idea for today's word but I'm having a dizzy day, literally, and can't move my head much without losing balance. So the cat's behind it is! Thank goodness it's just an ornament!

@casablanca Haha! That did make me giggle. I used to suffer with BPPV for years and the Elpey manoeuvre was like a miracle cure and was so quick and simple. I'm hoping it's not returned or I'll be doing my head exercises again!
Sorry to hear about your dizziness. My husband gets vertigo and I know how debilitating it is. I wonder if he does this Elpey maneuver. I will look it up and find out. Hope you feel better soon. Good shot for behind. I am behind in my photos. 😔
Well done. Hope you feel better soon. I also have BPPV. Seems sinus congestion can trigger it for me. 'tis the season. I'm not sure what exercises I do, but they are very simple and effective. (A decongestion sometimes helps, too.)
