A Pair of Pears

Just a couple of windfalls from my mums garden looking quite artistic on the window ledge.

@wakelys I haven't eaten any of the pears and despite these two looking a bit soft and squishy they were actually rock hard.

not my favourite of fruits, due to their runny but sandy gritty texture! these do not look too appetising in your lovely shot!

Very nice composition with the yellow-greens of the pears, the warm golden browns of the window ledge, and the shadows and the light. Fav!

Ripening up to be used. I had a pear tree at the other house, but I rarely ate any of them. I didn't like all the spots that looked like insects or birds had bored into them.
