So Slow!

A new bridge and road layout is being installed approaching Bluewater. They are already behind their target time and as a result the traffic is constantly congested. The discarded 40mph sign amused me because we were doing more like 4mph.

Always amazes me that these jobs run behind and then miraculously get finished. I am sure bonuses are paid close to the end!

Sometimes maddening to have to travel through road construction zones. As usual, the workers seem to be standing around.
