Two Birds in Parking Lot

These were two birds I spotted in the parking lot and I think they were either doing a mating dance or fighting. Any idea what kind of birds they are or what they were doing?

The two possibilities are what you've mentioned. Although fighting might have been a bit more aggressive. They are Mockingbirds.
