Panorama sunset

This is the last challenge of the One Week Only - a panorama. This is another learning opportunity, using the in camera panorama feature on this camera (not sure I've had it on previous cameras) to see how it worked. I shan't be doing that again. I have produced panoramas by stitching shots together in GIMP and much prefer the effects to this. It was a beautiful evening and I have much better shots not using the panorama feature, but not a sequence to use for a panorama. And the light was going, because I'd gone out hoping for a sunset panorama

and thanks for getting in on the fun, shanne. i was hoping i could shoot a sunset pano, too, but my plans for the day got foiled and where i ended up the sun was on the other side! :-D this is great but yes, for pano shots, i prefer to use the programs and not the pano function in my camera.
