I thought I'd put this up yesterday but it was still in my uploads this morning (without the carefully typed out and linked blurb and tags), most irritating.
This is for the Flash of Red February which this week is focusing on leading lines, and the pad was out because what I was really supposed to be doing, rather than catching up on photos, was working on the free online courses that went out of date yesterday. And I'd got to the end of the day without doing it, procrastination are us. Hence the title and entry for the Six Word Story challenge
Three good things:
1. it wasn't all procrastination - I did defrost the fridge
2. and catch up with the laundry - because I was feeling so much better and could stay upright for much longer
3. and could get out more easily - into another spring-like day
Thank you for looking and all your amazing comments and favs - you're all wonderful, supportive 365ers. I prefer to look and comment on your pictures rather than thank you individually below.
I do not have the patience to learn from modern books with full details on the subject - in fact I forget everything I read when things are too complicated. So what I learn is through trial and error. I like your shot and the leading line of rings.
Like your DOF here, just enough in focus.
In defence of procrastination; I’ve spent some of the best moments of my life procrastinating and doing things I enjoy doing rather than things I should be doing.
I practice these kinda shots in my room with boring and mundane subjects,I Usually have a vision or idea in my head and I feel its usually difficult to achieve that but once you get it its really rewarding.
