Empire State Building as seen from 30 Rock Observatory

Most days lately I have striven to take artistic pictures. But occasionally, I need to settle for the expedient if the photo has added meaning content. This is one of those days.

I started out the month by running to the top of the Empire State Building - http://365project.org/sharonlc/365/2011-02-01 Now, as the month is almost over, I finished it by running to the top of 30 Rockefeller Center.

I took this picture with my Coolpix S560, because I could carry the little pink camera in the pocket of my running shorts. If you look closely, you can see my reflection in the glass as I'm taking this picture. Fittingly, you can also see the Empire State Building in the photo.
