Now that we've finished our basement renovation, I have a much nicer space in which to work out.
Value added - as I took my camera downstairs to photograph today's subject, a Katy Perry video just happened to be playing on Vh1. I call Katy my Treadmill Girl - her videos helped me get through my Marathon training last year and I always run a little faster when her songs are playing. I enjoyed being able to include her in this shot :)
Wow! Love it! Your treadmill area is all hooked up...I'm coming over there to run with you...I have a TV on my treadmill but it's not connected so I can't watch anything...it's dark and dreary and so boring in my basement!

@sharonlc ~ i think you are right...i need to get on that. i would probably stay on the tm longer if i had a distraction like the Today show or the Housewives of whatever city! LOL!

I'm a Vh1 junkie. But when that's not on, I have the movie Chicago on the DVR, which has enough music to keep me going :)
