First dewy cobweb of the season, on a tree in our neighbour’s front garden, taken while returning from the early morning dog walk. I’m not sure what they would have thought if they had flung open the curtains and seen me apparently photographing their home. I might have had a surprise too.
The morning walks have certainly been damp underfoot, with some misty moisty mornings, hinting of forthcoming autumn. But not yet! After a dubious August, the nice lady on the weather forecast has promised us an Indian summer during September. During August I have been tempted to optimistically hop between the channels to find a better weather forecast.
I do like your commentary! Have felt the same about looking for a better weatherman! Do love your spider web (my favorite thing at the moment - and some mornings only thing). They do make nice pictures.
Lovely light on the web!
