Shot in glorious Technicolor, yesterdays fog and frost desaturated the waterside vegetation by the river. On foggy days Tia has a habit of occasionally freezing, and staring into the gloom, ears pricked. I can see nothing, and half expect someone, or something, to appear out of the mist. All very spooky. Generally no-one appears, and I assume she's heard wildlife, or another dog quite a distance away. Or is there someone, or something, out there in the swirling mist, keeping out of sight, just watching and waiting.........?
