Wild grain by shepherdman

Wild grain

Normally at this time of the year the grasses around the field edges are waist high and lush green, obstructing footpaths and making such routes a bit tedious for Tia, who trots through a tunnel of tall stems. This year the grasses are parched brown and barely knee high, the well trodden path remaining clear.
That light. That gorgeous light.
