We took the "Quarry Circular" route this morning, about 4 miles around the quarry, bringing us back into the village by the riverside "sheep dip". Its been a long time since sheep were dipped there, but it is ideal for a muddy-dog-dip. Today the flow was too fast and deep for swimming, and so we headed home past the Parish Church, where this Red Admiral butterfly was perusing forthcoming events.
