A favourite walk on a day off is across Burbage Common, meeting lots of dogs and dog walkers, enjoying the open spaces and woods. The route generally includes the Acorns Cafe at the Visitors Centre, for a sausage cob. For those not of these shores, or even of this region, a cob is a bread roll, in this case filled with sausages, onions, and brown sauce. Perfect.
