Caban Coch

Water flowing over the Caban Coch dam in the Elan Valley. We passed the dam again the following day, and all that was visible was the masonry of the dam, since the water level was now below the parapet. The village of Elan is below this dam. I'm not sure that I'd feel particularly comfortable living below 35 million cubic meters of water.
