@shepherdmanswife hi chantal, I'm in north west leicestershire, near ashby de la Zouch. Have been looking for a good photography club for a while so thank you for the invite but that may be too far for me to go to regularly. Where abouts in leicester is it?
@cazla it's in the Methodist church hall on Glenfield Rd East. It's a very practical group. We have a go at doing different things each week. We've done light painting in the cemetery, time lapse, levitation, macro, portraits, fast shutter speed with water....crowns, drips, splashes, demo on how to frame your pics. The club have an exhibition of our photos in the old library on Belvoir St Leicester until middle of May. Have a look if you're in town. I have 4 on show. My name is Chantal. See if you can spot them! All of the photos are wonderful. The group is called 18% Grey Photography club. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. You don't have to come every week. Would live to see you there!
