I just sat down to enjoy my salad featuring a couple of nice ripe homegrown Early Girl tomatoes when something compelled me to remind you that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Make sure to get yourself and your loved ones screened because breast cancer is the most common cancer worldwide in women, and early detection is vital for best chances of treatment and recovery.
