Daughter en pointe. Since the pandemic, she has been continuing her ballet instruction via zoom and our front entry room has become a dance studio. The afternoon light coming into this room is so nice.
Lovely shot of your daughter in toe shoes! My daughter took ballet for many years and still has her toe shoes ( she’s 36 now, lol). You should frame this for your daughter. 😀

Lovely light for this photo. I'm glad she's been able to continue and has a place to dance. My daughter got her first pointe shoes at the start of the year. She is now onto her second pair as she outgrew the first ones after only wearing them 6 weeks (once the pandemic hit). They are back in the studio now, but with a lot of social distancing and other precautions.
@kiwichick How exciting for her, and so nice that they can practice together again. My daughter's studio director is planning a virtual performance, with everyone dancing separately, together.
