For my get-pushed challenge this week (and last week too as it so happened), Sally challenged me to take a still life photo using everyday items. Still lifes are NOT my strongpoint, so this has definitely been a challenge. And the first challenge was coming up with an idea! So, I googled a little bit and came up with a couple ideas.
This one was fairly easy to pull off. After cleaning all the dust spots, I played with the Liquify feature in PS for the first time. Took a couple tries, but finally figured it out. Not perfect by any means, but I think you get the idea.
The teenager was supposed to return to school today after a nice long winter break (Maryland is so weird with their college schedule!), but Snowmageddon has delayed that for a couple days, so he got to witness Mom's, um, inappropriateness! I love torturing him! I mean, if we can't torture our kids, what's the point in having them?? :-)
