HELP!!!!

This is one of those pictures that was a happy accident. Dh and I were having breakfast on the 2nd floor of the Iron Rooster in Annapolis Sunday. We had the best table in the restaurant: right in front of a big picture window looking right down on the street. We sat side by side facing out so we could people watch while we ate. And let me tell you, that was THE BEST breakfast we've ever had! Delicious, fast, and sat well on the tummy. And even better, the waiter carded me when I ordered a mimosa! Guess I still don't LOOK like a grandma! :-)

Anyway, by accident, my ISO was still on 800 when that car came down the road towards us, but I loved the blown-out effect it produced. Problem is, I can't figure out what to DO with this photo! I love it, I love the high key blown out look, I love the madness of that particular intersection, I love all the characters in the shot, but this photo would obviously not receive a good grade. Help! What do I do with it???
I've played around with this photo on iPhoto and Picmonkey and you could: 1. Increase the contrast till you are happy
2. Decrease the exposure!
But i like the dreaminess of this photo with so much in it!

@maggiemae Maggiemae! You changed your photo! I didn't recognize you! :-) I love it!

I'm liking the washed out/over-exposed feel...

Very interesting exposure!

Fun to play with this one. I've jacked up the contrast, pumped the black and added a tiny bit of vignette - but only the tiniest bit.
I tried full B&W, but it felt empty after that, so I put it back in.

I think it looks very cool - the washout look suits it

What Maggiemae suggested works well, but I like it as it is too.

If you have photo shop then duplicate the photo on another layer and change the blend mode to overlay. You might like the result.

@joansmor I'll try that!
