Reflections in the sand

Braved a 29-degree morning this morning just to get this kind of sunrise shot. I've had spring fever so badly lately that this sudden turn back into winter has been sort of insulting. I've changed my work computer desktop screen back to a photo I took last fall down in Hatteras when it was still warm. Probably shouldn't have since it's feeding the fever, but I just couldn't resist daydreaming. This photo is missing the bird, but it fed a little something in me....

The Hatteras photo from last fall:

Lovely shot. When I read this I thought 29 degrees is pretty warm and then I realised you were quoting Fahrenheit. Minus 1 Celsius is colder than I have experienced in a very long time.
