I have been picking raspberries at a pick your own farm today and this view is on the road to Langwathby, which I had to pass through. The railway is part of the Settle to Carlisle line.
What beautiful scenery!!! How lucky you are to be able to view this whenever!!! I always think it's funny to see the sheep marked with a color. They do this in Ireland also, I found out from a friend there!! If I remember right they paint their's red. The river is so beautiful as it winds through the land and really love the name!! FAV!
ooh, I didn't now we had pick your owns up here; it reminds me of when I lived in Sussex. I cut my raspberries down tonight as sadly they had finished. What a peaceful view with the meandering river and sheep, and of course the mountains.
