Alpaca's by shirleybankfarm

Alpaca's

Not really what you expect to see in a field in the north of England. There is a small farm approx 3 miles for us that specialize in alpacas. I think a few of them have visited the same hairdresser the chicken in my picture the other day had been too the link back to that on is here http://365project.org/shirleybankfarm/365/2015-09-05 :)
Aren't they characters! We have a few round here too. They do seem very interested in what you're doing :)

They have such sweet faces.

Brilliant capture, they all posed so well for you! We have quite a few alpaca farms around here - and llamas too. Many local farmers just have a couple of llamas amongst their sheep too, as they are good protection for lambs at that time of year.

I love these. Saw some at a show in June and they were full of character and hadn't been shorn. They do make such a funny sound thought. Great shot Shirley.
