Sorry I have been away for so long, I may not post everyday but hope to do so now and again. This was the view I wakened up to this morning after yesterdays snowfall.
So good to see you back - I've missed your wonderful Cumbrian photos. This is no exception - beautiful scene. Hope it hasn't made life too difficult on the farm and also that you haven't been affected by all the recent storms.
Hi Shirley. so nice to see you back. missed you. surprised you're having snow.. we've rain., but I know it'll come soon. it looks really nice though and what a beautiful blue sky.
@flowerfairyann@bruni@terryliv@deborah63 Thank you all for your kind words and welcome back. Time, motivation and a holiday coupled with the lack of a computer for a while all contributed to my absence, but hopefully I am back :) @sueb47@peterlgrave@annepann@tunia@hermann@snowy@dizzyd Thank you all for you lovely comments and getting this to the PP. We have had a lot of rain but the flooding has not affected us personally other than travelling around isn't easy because we have so many roads and bridges that are closed due to damage, it is resulting in long detours often on bad narrow roads..
Sounds like your flood experience is much the same as ours, long detours on different roads but no personal hardship. This is a beautiful scene Shirley.
@happypat thank you Pat. We only have one bridge/road shut that affects us personally now and thankfully it is not to much of a bind. Some areas though have not been as lucky.
