Bowling Ball Beach
Some great stones here - a bit like our Moeraki Boulders!

Sometimes you see things that just seem to defy explanation. Very nice shot of this unusual beach.

These boulders are the result of millions of years of concretion and erosion, exposing the hard spheres as the mudstone of the cliffs receded around them. The Bowling Ball Beach is a part of Schooner Gulch State Beach, in Northern California.
