@jnr I put this up earlier in the week but thought I could do one that was truer to the actual challenge. I may still get that up sometime in the next week. My camera is an iPhone. I took this as a “Live” photo and set it to long exposure. So actually it blends a number of photos starting 3 sec before I push the shutter to 3 sec after. Only 6 sec. I found an app called slow shutter cam that will let me try to do the 15 sec.
@shutterbug49 Great attempt at this challenge. Forgive me for not realizing that the Iphone does not have a selectable long time setting. That would make this challenge extremely difficult, but you did a great work around.
