Our beautiful iris is being attacked. I didn’t see them when I took the shot, but as soon as I brought the photo up on my iPad there they were.

@jernst1779 Aphids suck the life out of the blossom. Ladybugs will eat them but haven’t seen any of those this year. I just try to stay on top of squishing them.

Whoa - did you go back out to get them! It's such an interesting shot with the bud wrapped in that sheath. :)
