Blue Bird

The pair of bluebirds that inhabit the park where I walk have been so illusive. Yesterday I got an email from Digital Photography School and one of the articles was; "8 Tips For Photographing Birds". After my walk today I thought I'd apply what I had learned and wallah!! Not as tight as I would have liked, but thought I'd leave it like it was instead of cropping.

So beautiful, we have a pair that hang around here sometimes too. They are such gorgeous birds and not always easy to get a picture of!

In the article I read they said to go to where the birds you are trying to photograph and sit down or just hang around until they get use to you being there and eventually they will come closer. Or use something, like your car as a blind and shoot through an open window.
