@maggiemae - Thank you Maggie! I am not sure what you are referring to about, "how you have done this"? I used my 18-55mm kit lens and used am 35mm extension tube to get in closer. I used my tripod to try to get it as sharp as possible. The flowers are supposed to be blue, but they have some green in them. I have heard that the color of Hydrangeas has a lot to do with the soil they are in.
@danette - Thank you Danette! It was cloudy most of the morning, but the sun peaked out to finish the day. These are setting on out dining room table and the light is ambient light through a window.

Thank you all very much for your , as always, gracious comments and favs! Our church at Easter allows members to purchase flowers in memory and/or to honor loved ones and to decorate the sanctuary. My wife and I bought these in memory of our son-in-law who died last June. Blue was his favorite color.
