Old biscuit tin. by snowy

Old biscuit tin.

I came across this old biscuit tin in the garage full of nuts and bolts and things.I thought it might be suitable for this weeks theme. It depicts colourful London scenes from, I think , the 1950's
oooh. looks antique! I love the colors and the old feel of it.

I love old biscuit tins; cookie tins; picnic baskets.
I have a collection -- but I have never seen one like yours.
In my own experience, tins in the color blue are very difficult to find.

Great find unique and so typical for the 1950's.

What a great find- I love folk art and this is pretty special with the architecture in line behind the people...and the Pearly King and Queen...how cool is that!!
Thanks for your comments :) Yep downstairs bleached and dried and I'm back watching another very dark cloud close in- if there's one thing living in developing countries has taught me its to just go with it....still have fingers crossed.

Lucky you! Do you have a lot of hidden treasures in your garage? I wouldn't be able to stop 'til I'd found them all!

Oh, a definite find! Proves treasures are to be found everywhere/anywhere!

Fabulous! One of my 365 photos way back was of some pearly kings and queens at Liverpool Street station in London.
