I saw this sculpture at a local gallery. It's made of metal and allowed to rust,to give it the fox colour, the action is so realistic and life like of it pouncing on this small the small sculpture of the mole.
The rust really works for this sculpture giving it a foxy red glow :) I like your interpretation of the theme this week. I lived in Hereford when I was a baby right upto the start of school. My Dad was in the RAF so we lived on the air base which I think is also where they train the SAS. My Mum said that I used to sit in my pram and call everyone Dad that walked past in uniform HA!
Yes the shadow is great and the red rusty fox too!
Once upon a time there were three little foxes
Who didn’t wear stockings, and they didn’t wear sockses,
But they all had handkerchiefs to blow their noses,
And they kept their handkerchiefs in cardboard boxes.

It must have been embarressing for my Mum Diana :)
I forgot to say I was born in Truro whilst my Dad was based at RAF St Morgans. I am very well travelled and get itchy feet often. Thanks for following me 2 :)
Given all that you photograph, I just love your taste and style! Here's another wonderful example of a sculpture I'd love to own in my own yard! I have a rusted horse in California, but it's not half as charming as this!
