At least I think it's Hogweed there are several of these plants that look very similar you can identify them by the seed, but that's not much help as they are not in seed at the moment.
very pretty - I went for a long walk with Judtih and Jenna yesterday and were saying just the same thing - we couldn't tell all these different white frilly ones apart - we walked along Fleam Dyke and it was completely smothered in every possible wildflower- definitely one to do next time you are here - although possibly not quite the 11.5 miles we did by accident!
